Disposable powder sampler PharmaDispo, sterile

The PharmaDispo disposable powder sampler from Bürkle is a world novelty and the first disposable multiple target point sampler that takes three separate target point samples with a single sampling.

The three separate sampling chambers of the PharmaDispo allow simultaneous sampling from different layers or zones. This allows the material composition to be investigated in a differentiated manner across multiple layers, which is particularly beneficial when a single sample does not sufficiently characterise the material. The target point samples taken can be analysed individually or combined to form a representative composite sample.

An advanced ergonomic design allows the sampler to sit comfortably in the hand and sampling can be performed with one hand. A sliding mechanism with an end stop makes it easy to open and close the sampler.

The PharmaDispo sampler accurately and safely takes small powder samples for quality control from open containers.

Powder samplers are manufactured under class 7 (ISO) cleanroom conditions, assembled, individually packaged and then gamma sterilised to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Individual packaging ensures that each sampler remains sterile and contamination free until the time of use. Single-use eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between different samples or products. After a single use, the zone sampler is disposed of, ensuring the integrity of the work process.
