The lifting device facilitates the operator's work. It enables automatic oscillation into the cleaning or Rinsing bath and facilitates the transport of the filled product baskets from bath to bath. The slow oscillating up and down movement enhances the cleaning effect of the ultrasound and rinses off the dissolved contamination much more effectively.
- The filled cleaning basket is placed in the lifting device by hand.
- By pressing both buttons on the support arms at the same time (two-hand control), the lifting device lowers the basket into the tub and automatically starts oscillation.
- After the set time has elapsed, the oscillation stops and the lifting device automatically lifts the basket out of the tub back into the starting position.
- The lifting device with the suspended basket is pushed manually to the next bath.
