The digital multimeter has a measurement range of ±99.9 mA DC. With an accuracy of 0.3% of rdg. +8 digits, the digital multimeter is a particularly accurate measuring instrument. In order to conveniently perform measurements with the digital multimeter, the digital multimeter itself is connected to a 1 meter / 3.3 ft cable. The digital multimeter can thus be attached to the cable to be measured. The digital multimeter can be conveniently placed aside at the workplace. This leaves both hands free while reading the measured values, for example to carry out adjustments or configurations on the process technology. Due to the high accuracy and the external sensor, the digital multimeter is ideally suited to make quick and reliable current measurements when process signals are involved.
In order to carry out a current measurement, the digital multimeter of the digital multimeter must be clamped around the cable to be checked. This allows the digital multimeter to measure the flowing current inductively. This has the particular advantage that a current measurement can be carried out during operation with the digital multimeter.
For improved visibility, the digital multimeter is equipped with an LED. With the LED of the digital multimeter, the measuring spot can be ideally illuminated. Optionally, the digital multimeter can be delivered with an ISO calibration certificate.
