Motor Powered Teststand PCE-MTS500

Our motorised test stand can be coupled and operated in a wide range of variants with our force gauges, the PCE series. The motorised test stand allows you to realise almost all your compression and tensile force applications and to perform them with repeatable accuracy. The use of the motorised test stand offers the operator the most precise equality of test stand and specimen.

The maximum force range of the motorised test stand is 500 kg. The use of the motorised test stand requires a power connection. The feed rate is variably adjustable between 30 mm/min and 230 mm/min. The motorised test stand ensures precise and accurate measurements. The force-displacement measuring stand is compatible with the following device series: PCE-FB series, PCE-FM series, PCE-LFG series and the PCE-PTR 200.


The motorised test stand comes into play wherever the human body reaches its limits in terms of force measurement. The user of the motorised test stand is obliged to carry out a hazard analysis. If this analysis shows that the type of application and the samples pose a risk to the user, a safety device may be required, especially for test frames operated by electric motors.
