The industrial silo scale for containers - fill level - removal - monitoring - offers the possibility to ensure the supply of a production facility effectively and reliably. The silo scale for container monitoring can not only monitor the current filling level of the container but also the continuous weight loss. By monitoring the current filling level, the silo scale for container - filling level - removal - monitoring - can prompt the machine operator to fill up the container in good time. In the event of deviations in the material removal, the silo scale for container monitoring switches on a switching contact again, which can be used, for example, to trigger a siren/traffic light or to switch off the machine.
 
The aim of this monitoring is to prevent production machines from running empty, e.g. an external switching contact enables the monitoring function of the silo scale for containers to be interrupted in order to be able to remedy the faults on the container in peace. Accessories for the silo scale for container monitoring are, in addition to the various interfaces, e.g. a display which can be installed in a control cabinet. We also offer warning lights and a GSM modem, which can inform the operator about the status of the container via SMS.
