The torque calibrator is a special device for checking torque wrenches. A direction of rotation indicator also provides immediate feedback on the current direction of movement. The torque calibrator supports several units of measurement - including newton metres (Nm), kilogramme-force centimetres (kgf cm) and pound-force inches (lbf in) - and can therefore be flexibly adapted to a wide range of requirements.

Equipped with a real-time curve function, the torque calibrator displays torque values directly on the 7-inch touchscreen, enabling visual monitoring of the measurement data in real time. The measurement data can be transferred to a USB pen drive in the form of a csv file via the USB interface. Adjustable limit values ensure increased control and safety during measurement. The practical peak hold function of the torque calibrator enables peak values to be recorded for precise analysis of maximum loads. The torque calibrator can be controlled by a computer via the Ethernet interface.
