The level indicator is the ideal measuring device to determine the fill level of a silo. Thanks to the 4… 20-mA output signal, the level indicator can also be connected to the operational process control. This allows the measurement signal from the level indicator to be processed further. The level indicator can be used to check whether a silo is still sufficiently filled. The high IP protection class of the level indicator guarantees protection of the electrical components in the event of water leakage. 
With a measuring range of 10 meters / 32.8 ft, larger silos can also be monitored with the level indicator. Depending on the application, the level indicator can indicate the level or the distance between the medium and the sensor as a measured value. The ambient temperature can also be measured with the level indicator.
